Back in the 90s, if you wanted to travel, you would have to have to go to the airport to book your ticket or find a travel agent who could help you. This often meant travelling long distances only to stand and wait in the queues at the ticket counter. Then, around the year 2000, the internet was making its way into homes across the world. Everything changed. People could book their tickets online.
